“We are very excited to make Historic Dodgertown the Southern Home of Softball Factory,” said Vice President of Business Development Jeff Brazier. “Historic Dodgertown is a tremendous facility that will continue to serve as an ideal venue for our events. Making this long-term partnership with Historic Dodgertown is right for our organization and we look forward to holding numerous events in Vero Beach over the next few years.”

“Historic Dodgertown is very pleased to enter into this agreement with Factory Athletics,” stated Vice President and Director of Athletics Jeff Biddle. “Factory Athletics is a national leader in developing student athletes and helping them get to the next level. Four years ago, in conjunction with Indian River County, we endeavored to build a state-of-the-art fastpitch facility, which would attract high level softball events to our area. This agreement to host Softball Factory events will ensure that the best players and coaches in the country will play at Historic Dodgertown for years to come.”

Historic Dodgertown is the former Spring Training home of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Players like Jackie Robinson, Sandy Koufax, Mike Piazza, Kirk Gibson and Hideo Nomo graced the fields at Historic Dodgertown from 1953-2008.
